Jeremy Bentham

Jeremy Bentham (1748-1832), the British utilitarian and philosopher, “attended but did not vote” at the University of London's Council of Intellectuals more than a century after his death. Known as the 'Auto Icon', his embalmed body still lies in a glass case at UCL. The head is made of wax, but the real one is brought out at the ceremonial banquet.

The prodigy Bentham was a student of Blackstone at Oxford University. Historian GM Trevelyan says that Bentham, the father of English law reform, saw Blackstone as his nemesis, saying, “Blackstone stood in the way of change by teaching people to worship English law in a way that actually worshiped English law.'' “I did it,” he wrote. At this moment, it is a form determined not by the needs of the present, but by the needs of past eras. ” Bentham advocated concentrated method positivism. This evolution is described in Lord Hewart's 1929 book, The New Despotism. Lord Hewart revealed the nature of Fabian influence in government.

A large body of evidence points to the fact that there is a persistent and ingeniously devised system that is intended to, and does, create tyrannical powers that extend government departments beyond the sovereignty of Congress and, at the same time, beyond the sovereignty of government. has been proven. Jurisdiction of the Court.

Because our constitutional monarchy acknowledges the higher power of God, the Fabians plot to attack and destroy it piece by piece.

Bentham argued that curbing usury would inhibit invention, and demanded that there be no limits on interest rates. He argued that all human life is defined by pain and pleasure, and rejected harsh penalties for homosexuality as a result of irrational religious fears born of the Biblical destruction of Sodom. As in the Soviet Union, there was no expression of Christian morality or natural law in Bentham's world of pleasure and pain. Bentham became a gay icon after his death.

Bentham attacked the American Declaration of Independence in 1776. “This they claim to be a “self-evident truth.” At the same time, they are satisfied that a government should be established to secure these rights. They do not see…that what hitherto was called government was not, and could not be, exercised except at the expense of any of those rights… That any of those supposedly inalienable rights has been alienated… In these doctrines they have exceeded the extravagance of all former fanatics. ”

Bentham was an employee of the British East India Company, whose tea was destroyed during the Boston Tea Party. Rather than officially reacting to the Declaration of Independence, the British government secretly produced a pamphlet containing Bentham's essays attacking Americans' political philosophy for distribution in the United States. ” Bentham's intensive legal positivism is the antithesis of the spirit of the American Constitution.

Lord Shelburne, principal of the BEIC, facilitated the economic and political destabilization of France from Bowood in Wiltshire, with support from Bentham, Etienne Dumont and Samuel Romilly. The speech prepared by Bentham was sent to Paris, where it was addressed by Marat, Danton, and Robespierre. Records of BEIC payments to these revolutionaries exist in the British Museum. Bentham was declared an honorary citizen of Revolutionary France and offered to contribute to its penal system. His “panopticon” plan for prison management may be considered a precursor to the surveillance society of Orwell's “1984” and the millions of surveillance cameras currently operating in Britain.

The British East India Company was the de facto British Empire. Senior employees included Adam Smith, David Ricardo, and a eugenicist minister. Thomas Malthus. The company's monopoly finally ended in 1813. BEIC traded in tea, silk, cotton, and saltpeter and was accused of participating in the slave trade. As it is today, drugs brought in huge profits. Opium grown in India was exported to China, culminating decades later in the Opium War with China. When BEIC was dissolved in 1873, many of its shareholders were major financiers. BEIC's elitist and centralized philosophy was adopted by the Fabian Society.

A process similar to Günther von Hagen's “plastination” process for permanently preserving human tissue was envisioned by Bentham. He writes that a person “may have a row of trees leading to their residence, and automatic family icons may alternate with the trees.” Copal varnish will protect your face from the effects of rain and relieve discomfort. ”

Editor's note: Bentham became a gay icon thanks to his book In Defense of Pederasty. His “Panopticon” called for putting criminals, the poor, and the mentally retarded, along with their children, in solitary confinement cells with machines operated by a central power source, and for the children to play on swings. That power will be supplied. Merry-go-round, cell seesaw. A sign will be hung above the main entrance to the Panopticon that reads, “If they were hardworking when they were free, they would not have to do hard labor here like slaves.'' Ta. Bentham is considered by Liberal Democrats to be a major source of liberal thought.
