On 5 July 2020 I interviewed Debi Evans, a former NHS nurse and former Government Autism Advisor, on the subject of 'Powerful narcissists and the psychological assault on the UK'.
At that time in 2020, the UK was about three and a half months into “lockdown” or, more appropriately, curfew. The British public was already tired of the various government restrictions that were supposedly ordered to protect the public from the ravages of the government-declared COVID-19 “pandemic”. These restrictions included household lockdowns, travel restrictions, social distancing, mask-wearing, limits on family and public gatherings, and the closure of schools, pubs, businesses, churches, public places and sports facilities. Hospitals became almost entirely dedicated to COVID-19 response, NHS and GP practices were severely restricted in their service provision, and vulnerable elderly people were confined to their homes or nursing homes or “care homes”. Limited outdoor exercise was permitted, but only just. The economy staggered under the restrictions. Large businesses adapted with cuts and working from home. In contrast, many small businesses simply disappeared.
Against this backdrop, Debi and I discussed a range of topics that we felt were appropriate and important, including power and narcissism, common purpose, psychometric testing of the Conservative Party, the psychiatric view of narcissism, policies to instill fear in the minds of the public, “blame shifting” – twisting the narrative to make the public guilty, second waves and vaccinations, targeting the elderly, vulnerable and children, COVID-19 cover-ups, the BBC and the voice of the nation at home, political ponerology and brainwashing, the UK Behavioural Insights Team, mask madness, the Conservative revolution, the applied political psychology attack on the UK, etc. Finally, from chaos and game theory, we consider order from COVID-19 chaos, the eventual transformation of our society into “their” world.
Though completely unscripted, our conversation quietly sifted and fitted together pieces of a jigsaw puzzle to reveal insights into the scope and power of the political project unfolding in the UK, and the psychological mindset of the people driving it.
As the time drew near, Devi said that the public was scared and anxious about the chaos caused by the coronavirus pandemic.Enter a totalitarian stateShe predicts:By 1st January 2021 we will wake up with a completely new regime and a completely new restructuring of the UK… We have 5 months until the UK is “all changed”.“
Now, in mid-January 2021, her words take on even greater meaning and impact, as we are now trapped on an even greater level by the machinations of political, scientific and medical enforcers whose psychological compatibility is highly questionable.
Now, on top of the restrictions of 2020, we have ongoing restrictions on our families, family life and affectionate physical interaction, curfews on elderly relatives, denial of normal comforting visits, separation from friends and acquaintances, travel restricted, borders closed, police and military on the streets, local spying, snitching and policing encouraged, and a mass vaccination programme underway whether we like it or not. Not only have social venues such as pubs, sports venues, performing arts and parks been lost, but even the human interaction of shopping has become a depressing, masked, socially distanced and controlled affair. More and more people are suffering from mental health problems and suicides are on the rise. But the relevant statistics are hidden. The UK economy has been devastated, losing around 30% of its economic strength and billions of pounds.
What is this all about? Why is it happening? Here is a recording of a conversation between Debi and me from the summer of 2020. “Powerful narcissists and the psychological assault on Britain” And consider our thoughts, talking points and warnings against the realities of a “new year” in 2021. Seeing and understanding the smokescreen of COVID confusion will be essential to maintaining free thought and freedom in the UK from January 2021 onwards.
