You have already failed. I know your organization. I know the people who work there. I know your culture. I know your capabilities. And you don't have what it takes. Everything they are telling you is a lie. It doesn't matter what future they are trying to lead us into with your help. We don't need you. And your organization does not have the capacity to realize reality. So, my suggestion is for you to quit.
