in Human Trafficking: State-sponsored Child Abduction – Part 1In part two, we interview Sam Nath, a mother who tells her story of her life in Uganda, her dark journey with an international trafficking ring, and her eventual arrival in the UK where she was granted formal asylum. In part two, we detail how the UK went from a trusted refuge to a vicious state stalker intent on taking both her young daughter and newborn son.
With a callous cruelty that many would find hard to believe, Sam was targeted by British government agencies that claimed to be there to protect children. Her weakness and vulnerability as a trafficking victim and a young Ugandan with little understanding of the British system or English at the time were used by social services to adopt her children.
Ultimately, Sam was targeted by a coordinated cabal of social services, mental health teams, the NHS and the secretive family courts, and trapped in what she calls a “toxic trio” of accusations of domestic violence, drug and alcohol misuse and mental health problems, when in fact she had never been at risk in any of these areas, and had never harmed her children.
Listen as Sam shares her story with Brian Gerrish and exposes the system of child abduction and trafficking orchestrated by the UK government. Sam talks about her own entrapment in the system, the accusations and lies, the tactics used, the injustice and power of the Family Court, children as a means to make money, and the trauma of losing a little girl and later a son taken from her in an unnecessary Caesarean section. Her story has been published in an important book, Family Court Internment CampAnd we discussed an equally brave social worker, Emma, who gave evidence to the UK Column about her experience as a professional in the child protection system when she dared to report suspected child abuse.
Sam has shown extraordinary courage in speaking out and incredible composure as a grieving mother. Her clear analytical skills expose the truth behind the UK's rigged child protection system. Labelled 'anti-adoption' by the Family Court, as if that were unusual for a mother, Sam has been told she will never see her children again, but she says she will never abandon them. They are now forced to live with two strangers in different parts of the country.

For legal reasons, Sam Nath's testimony has been slightly audio edited.
