Edison Research has revealed the top 25 podcasts in the UK, based on reach among weekly podcast listeners aged 15+ in Q1 2024.
“The Joe Rogan Experience,” “The Diary of a CEO with Steven Bartlett,” and “Sh**ged Married Annoyed” remain in the top three from Q4 2023 to Q1 2024.
New to the top five are TikTok-turned-podcaster GK Barry's Saving Grace, who enjoyed a successful sold-out tour in February and Barry was featured in Cosmopolitan in January. ShxtsNGigs enters the top 10 for the first time; the show is currently in the middle of a US tour.
Debuting in the top 25, The Chunkz & Filly Show has quickly risen to No. 10 since launching its podcast in October 2023. The Fellas landed at No. 16. Fellas Studios continues to expand its offerings, including the recent launch of a pioneering paid streaming service called Fellas Loaded.
“The Best of Mini Minter and Randolph” reached number 23, possibly due to the public feud between presenter Simon Minter and boxer Tommy Fury over comments Minter made about Fury's daughter.
Staying Relevant continues to rise in popularity, rounding out the list at number 25. Hosts Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks landed a coveted spot as red carpet presenters at the National Television Awards, Hello! Magazine featured a lengthy profile on Sam Thompson and a national tour was announced.
