Stacey Dooley, Larry Dean, Jack Remington and Sarrell talk celebrity culture in two new podcasts for BBC Sounds.
Famously… In Love is hosted by presenters Jack Remington and Sarell and will focus on celebrity love stories and dilemmas. Jack and Sarell will uncover the truth behind the PR-fueled, love-crazed content and ask the burning questions.
Jack Remington said, “From cheating scandals to steamy affairs to the ups and downs of some of the most well-known relationships in the public eye, I'm incredibly excited to be co-hosting 'Famously… In Love.' As a pop culture fanatic, I'm really excited to be a part of this podcast.”

In “Famously… On Trial,” hosts Stacey Dooley and comedian Larry Dean team up to take celebrities to court to discuss their most famous trials and controversies. As part of this new weekly podcast, Stacey and Larry dig into some of the biggest celebrity dramas, lawsuits and pop culture controversies.
Stacey says: “The Internet thoroughly investigates celebrities' disputes in and out of court and holds them accountable in the court of public opinion.”
“With an increasing number of social media users having instant access to courtroom footage, audio and other evidence, we are all experiencing these events in real time, and when any controversy becomes prominent, the public voice is louder than ever.
“Sometimes, the judgement handed down in the press and on social media can really seal someone’s fate.
“Larry and I are thrilled to be digging into some of the most famous cases. It's going to be a lot of fun sitting side by side with each other and properly fleshing out the broader, more general topics that end up being important. I'm sure Judge Judy would be trembling!”
Larry added, “I'm really looking forward to working with Stacey on this podcast – it's going to be a lot of fun. Stacey's investigative background means she's in the perfect position to detail each story, tell the case and ask the tough questions.”
“Plus, she's a lot of fun to be around, so we'll have a good laugh. We'll try to work out who really won. I'm not that familiar with celebrity culture, so I should be able to offer a completely objective view. Despite my lack of qualifications, I'm still qualified to be a judge!”
Famously… In Love will be available on BBC Radio 5 Live every week from 18th June, and Famously… On Trial will be available on BBC Sounds every week from 20th June.
