The Turnout with GK Barry, a podcast exploring the UK political situation ahead of the general election and aimed at audiences who aren't interested in day-to-day politics, launched on June 11th.
The podcast is produced by Bauer Media Audio UK in collaboration with KISS and is hosted by social media content creator, TikTok star, comedian and podcast host GK Barry.
GK goes behind the news and speaks with young voters, first-time voters, experts, celebrities and politicians, using his lively wit and quick wit. He asks why young people aren't interested in politics and hears about the issues that matter to them. He also explores why people should vote, how politics impact our lives and who are the most powerful politicians on social media.
Episodes will be released twice a week until the 4th of July.
