The world's first podcast dedicated to Major League Baseball and US cricket has been launched and is set to cover the 2024 Major League Cricket season.
Major League Cricket is a professional Twenty20 cricket league played in the United States since 2023, consisting of six teams representing major cities in the United States.
The second season of the tournament will begin on July 5, four days after the conclusion of the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. Matches will be played at Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas and Church Street Park in North Carolina.
Sponsored by Clyde Hill Publishing, the U.S. Cricket Daily Podcast will feature 20 episodes of expert analysis of the day's matches and guests from the world of cricket and entertainment in a format designed for both new and enthusiastic fans.
The podcast is hosted by renowned journalist and announcer Peter Della Penna, supported locally by Arman Patel, widely regarded as one of the most promising young announcers in cricket, and is a co-produced by Square Cut Productions and Viral Tribe Entertainment.
