From the creators of “QI” and “No Such Thing As A Fish” comes a brand new podcast, “Quite A Good Sport.”
Hosted by James Harkin and Anna Ptaszynski, this podcast covers the fascinating side of sports and, launched to coincide with the Olympics, aims to entertain everyone, from sports aficionados to weather buffs.
Not only will it be full of unlikely, fascinating and entertaining stories, but it will also feature interviews with world-class athletes, conversations with people working behind the scenes and highly amateur live-action sports competitions.
Anna and James are senior researchers, writers and script editors at BBC QI, and two-quarters of the award-winning podcast No Such Thing As A Fish, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
Together they have written 13 books together and toured the world to sold-out venues from the London Palladium to the Sydney Opera House. They are both longtime fans of the Charlton Athletic and Jacksonville Jaguars, respectively.
Quite a Good Sport will be available from today, Tuesday 23 July on BBC Sounds and all major podcast platforms.
