Goalhanger has appointed Nicole Logan as development executive producer and Andy Neilson as PR and communications manager, two new roles.
Logan, who previously served as head of development at production company Reduced Listening, will lead talent discovery, pilot production and launch.
She has knowledge of existing talent in the audio industry and experience in bringing new people into the medium. Her mandate is to develop programming for new audiences, covering genres such as history, politics, entertainment and sports.
For the past four years she has supported clients and producers with new podcast and radio initiatives and ideas, working primarily for BBC Radio 3, 6Music, BBC Sounds and Spotify, and was Executive Producer on Nailing It for Spotify, Arlo Park's Dream Fuel and Gilles Peterson for 6 Music and The Sleeping Forecast for BBC Sounds.
Prior to Reduced Listening, Logan held various roles at Camden's Roundhouse radio station and is a founding trustee of audio charity Multitrack.
Neilson, who was previously communications and marketing manager at industry body the British Film and Entertainment Council, will run GoalHunger's public relations team, supporting the company's ambitions to become the world's leading media network. He will be responsible for consumer-facing communications for the shows GoalHunger produces, as well as leading commercial activity and the wider B2B press strategy across the business.
Over the past seven years, Nielson has delivered customised, multi-channel communications activity for a range of B2B and B2C users across the UK and Europe on behalf of major Hollywood studios such as The Walt Disney Company EMEA and Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as OTT streaming/VOD platforms such as Prime Video and Sky Store.
Prior to joining BASE, he held various roles in the promotion and marketing team at Universal Music Group NV.
