Money Crimes is a new original podcast from Crime House and PAVE Studios that explores the dark side of finance and exposes the world's most heinous financial crimes.
Hosted by financial expert and best-selling author Nicole Lapin, this true crime docuseries takes a look behind the scenes at some of the most notorious high-stakes white-collar crimes, including Elizabeth Holmes, The Bling Ring and the FTX collapse.
Nicole not only explores these bizarre stories, but also offers practical advice on how to avoid becoming a victim.
Nicole Lapin said: “Money Crimes exposes the dark side of the financial world, where ambition, deceit and greed collide.
“We're thrilled to work with Crime House to bring these compelling stories to life and provide listeners with the advice they need to protect themselves in a world where financial crime is all too real.”
The series kicks off with a two-part limited episode series, “Billionaire Boys Club.” What began as an exclusive investment club for Los Angeles' young elite quickly morphed into a terrifying Ponzi scheme. As the plan unravels, desperation leads to murder, exposing the flaws in what they believed was the perfect crime and paving the way for their inevitable downfall.
“We're thrilled to partner with Nicole Lapin, one of the top creatives in the business, and bring her innovative storytelling and expertise to Crime House and the true crime documentary genre,” said PAVE Studios Founder Max Cutler.
“Money Crimes delivers compelling true crime stories and valuable educational insights, providing a unique combination of storytelling and financial expertise.
“Whether you're interested in thrilling true crime or looking for valuable financial knowledge, this show will satisfy you and meet the growing demand for podcasts that inform as well as entertain.”
Money Crimes launches today, September 12th, with new episodes available every Thursday on all major podcast platforms.
