Kill List is a new series that tells the story of a multi-year true crime investigation centered around the dark web, but with real-world implications and victims from all over the world.
This Wondery and Novel podcast is hosted by Carl Miller, author, technology journalist, and founder of think tank Demos' digital research team CASM.
The story follows Karl's journey until he first makes the disturbing discovery of a secret kill list targeting hundreds of innocent people on a murder-for-hire website on the dark web.
With the police deciding not to investigate, Carl is thrown into a race against time to warn those in danger and uncover the truth about those who want them dead. But how do you tell a stranger that someone ordered them to be killed?
As the number of infections rapidly increases around the world, Carl faces an increasingly urgent battle to convince world authorities to get involved.
