Has common sense gone out the window? Will it ever come back? In a world of chaos, information overload, and absurdity, many people seem to have lost the ability to think critically. With so many experts speaking and providing so much evidence for us to read, it can be difficult to know who and what to listen to. Our members and audience are extremely knowledgeable and we value them very highly. as British column membersyour £5 monthly subscription gives you access to community forums, exclusive access to UK Column News Extra broadcasts and discounts in the shop.
Four years ago, retired consultant occupational physician Dr Robert Evered and his wife discovered the UK column by chance and it has been part of the family ever since. Robert, also known as “Denier” to members, is a valuable and active participant in our community forums. The team was impressed with his many contributions based on good old common sense. Having held many interesting and diverse positions, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and candor to his audience.
But who is he? Why should we listen to him? What was he doing behind the scenes? What is he denying? Are those in control trying to kill us? Are we witnessing democide? What lies have been told during the coronavirus pandemic? What does the future hold for healthcare, us, and our families?
Perhaps we can go back in time and remember a time when common sense was a way of life and becoming a doctor or nurse was a calling. It worked fine even after many days. It's never broken, so why fix it? Or has common sense gone away with the flu?
Thank you Robert and all our members for your continued support, expert advice, news and encouragement. We can't do it without you. We always want to hear your opinion. Do you have any common sense you would like to share?
