The Daily Mail's award-winning podcast The Trial celebrates its 300th episode this week.
Since the Lucy Levy trial first aired in October 2022, this podcast has repeatedly appeared behind the headlines of some of the world's biggest trials.
The series investigates key moments, conducts exclusive interviews with detectives, victims and experts, and reports every detail as evidence emerges.
It has been praised for tackling the legal issues involved in providing listeners with detailed audio coverage of ongoing trials.
The ground-breaking Levy series, hosted by the Mail's northern correspondent Liz Hull and broadcast journalist Caroline Cheatham, was recognized as the news podcast of the year at the Press Awards and the London Press Club .
Other major court cases featured in The Trial regularly top the charts, including the Brianna Gee, Holly Willoughby plot and the world exclusive The Trial of Lord Lucan.
The show has now reached international fame, with the Australian 'mushroom cook' Erin Patterson scandal and the sexual allegations against Sean 'Diddy' Combs rocking the showbiz world.
