Joy First is a new podcast for people who feel like they spend most of their daily energy just trying to survive.
The series is hosted by creative consultant and artist J. Nicole Smith (aka Nick). He has spent nearly 20 years helping people and brands embrace color and joy in a world obsessed with “doing more.”
Nick delves into the science and psychology behind joy and gives practical advice for those who feel too busy to achieve happiness. Through expert interviews, personal stories, and practical tips, listeners learn how to prioritize joy without feeling like it's just another task on their to-do list.
