Last night the Sky Sports podcast team celebrated Sky Sports: Real Talk winning an award at the 2024 Broadcast Sport Awards.
London's Hilton Park Lane was the venue for a gala awards dinner hosted by Maisie Adam and Susie Ruffel, where Sky Sports: Real Talk won Sports Podcast of the Year.
A six-part series from Miriam Walker Kahn explores health and well-being topics experienced by athletes from a variety of sports.
Real Talk, which premiered in March and April, covered under-discussed sports topics such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, pelvic floor health, motherhood, and retirement.
The series' mission was to reduce stigma and educate about topics often overlooked by the media. Guest athletes and celebrities include Victoria Pendleton, Natasha Jonas, Emma Hayes, Nedum Onuoha, Sarah Storey, Henry Slade and Freya Anderson.
