Record-breaking athletes Paula Radcliffe and Chris Thompson are set to co-host an all-new podcast, Paula's Marathon Run Club.
In the series, produced by Viral Tribe Entertainment in partnership with Children with Cancer UK, Paula and Chris give insight into how to run a marathon and support budding runners through a 16-week marathon training plan.
This podcast comes as Paula returns to marathon running after announcing her retirement in 2015 and as her daughter Isla trains to run her first marathon.
Each week, you'll get exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Paula's journey to events in Tokyo, Boston, Dubai and London, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at world record-breaking champions.
Episodes are recorded weekly and reflect the latest interactions with hosts wherever they are in the world. This includes weekly training plan guidance, expert guest segments from Nike, physiotherapists, celebrity runners and more, plus key stories from CWC UK and discussions from Paula's Marathon Run Club community .
Celebrity guests will also share wisdom and stories from their own running experiences.
Paula Radcliffe said: “I'm really excited to start this podcast journey with Chris. Chris Thompson added: “Following my recent retirement from elite sport, I have turned my attention to a new passion and equally challenging goal. Along with a wonderful friend in Paula, I have joined forces with a wonderful community of runners to support those aiming to run the London Marathon. I'm so excited to start the next chapter in my exploration.
“We can't wait to use our podcast platform to shout out the amazing stories and accomplishments of everyone who listens. We're sure to have lots of fun along the way.”
