Currently in its fifth year, entries for the 2025 International Women's Podcast Awards are open.
The event will be held at events that accompany live events in London and global live streams, bringing together podcasters, audio experts and podcast enthusiasts to celebrate women's achievements in podcasting around the world .
Again, there are 10 categories to choose from this year, and there are no restrictions on which podcast genres or “types” can be entered.
Last year, following feedback from the IWPA network, categories were introduced in virtually moments of clarity, introducing podcasts that let listeners know in a clear and simple way, as well as podcasts that entertain them.
In 2024, the second year featuring categorical moments that podcast Panash in languages other than English, also featured work in multiple languages from around the world. The entries were received in 15 different languages, including Garifuna, Taiwan and Moldovan.

We were overwhelmed by the number and quality of entries we received in 2024 and can't wait to hear the audio submitted this year.
“Podcasting is a powerful medium that provides a platform for people to tell their stories, showcase their work and hear their voices, so we love to celebrate and present the work they produce. is.
“We encourage all podcasters to submit their entries and participate in this event. IWPA scholarships are also open again, offering free entry and tickets to anyone in the world.”
