Popular kids podcast Dad's kids bedtime story joined Mercury Network.
The show has over 400 episodes and has a strong monthly audience in North America and the UK.
Host Martin Gage is the vice principal and father who transformed the improvised bedtime story into a podcast.
Episodes are released every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, and the story is often inspired by listeners' suggestions.
Liam Heffernan, founder of Mercury, said: “The idea of user-generated content for kids is very unique, and the format for advertising is relevant, natural and one of the best kids podcasts in the world.
“Martin is also the great guy who created this podcast because, as a parent himself, he knew it was necessary. This is exactly the kind of show Mercury was made, and I was. I'm very excited about what's going forward.”
Dad's bedtime story host Martin Gage adds: I don't have time to work on finding my sponsor. That's why I decided to go with Mercury.
“When independent podcasters come together, we are a much more attractive target for those large sponsors, and I just want to create a show without thinking about it.”
