The new Welsh podcast, Nigel Owens Dan Bissau, is being released on BBC Sound by a former International Rugby Alliance judge.
The BBC Radio Cymru series is trying to find out how some of the Welsh sports stars deal under pressure when Nigel chats with them.
How does the stars manage the immeasurable pressure and expectations they face when they step into the arena? No one understands the sacrifices and difficult decisions needed to reach the top of Nigel.
Prior to the launch, Nigel Owens said: I am extremely grateful that they were so open with me about their experience, the mental and physical tensions of being at the top, and the moments that shaped their lives.

Cage Fighter Brett Johns is the first guest in the series. As a shy child, he faced a period of bullying at school before discovering confidence in the fighting ring.
Since then, he has grown into an iconic figure in the world of cage fighting, but in this episode he talks about the physical and mental challenges he faced to get to the top of his sport.
