Crowd Network has introduced three new presenters to the podcast for the love of rugby, who is producing a series from six Guinness women's countries.
Full-time host Ben Youngs is Red Rose's Sadia Caveya (Loughborough Lightning) and Maud Muir (Gloucester Hartpary) and retired British player Shauna Brown (Harlekins female). They announce weekly episodes, delve into the tournament and share exclusive insights from within Red Roses.
This continues as crowds defend women's sports, create women-driven content, and work with the brand to ensure authentic, meaningful partnerships. The company is also collaborating with the Chelsea FC Women's Football Team on the We Are Chelsea podcast
Sage continues its partnership for love as the official partner of rugby, providing live data at tournaments.
The new host will use Sage Insights to analyze the game and make predictions for viewers in future matches.
Due to the love of rugby, released in January 2024, it has since grown its fanbase and became one of the most popular podcasts for the crowd, landing in the top 10 sports podcasts on Apple podcasts and Spotify.
“We've been working hard to get the better of our customers,” said Louise Gwilliam, talent manager at Crowd Network.
“They provide listeners with the next level of insight, both from their experience playing at the highest level and from data from their partner Sage.
“As we build towards the Women's World Cup in UK soil later this year, which has already broken ticket sales records, we hope that more brands will join in supporting women's sports by investing in women-led content and working hard with female athletes.”
