in the case of International Committee (ICJ), UN-sponsored NGOs, these children will not be justice because rape of children is no longer a crime. write American audienceFrancis P. Sempa I explained it ICJ March 2023 Report“March 8 Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach Based on Criminal Laws Related to Gender, Reproductive, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty: as follows:
The report explicitly calls for the decriminalization and normalization of gender between adults and “consent” minors. US federal law and most state laws severely punish adult offenders who sexually exploit minors. The ICJ report does not distinguish between 17 and 10 years old… The list of supporters and supporters of the ICJ report includes law professors, American human rights lawyers, UN civil servants, and other judges and justice in many countries, Canada and the United States.
To support and endorse the ICJ Report by so many “prominent” legal scholars and lawyers, in Richard Weaver's immortal terms, “we approach the conditions in which we become immoral without the ability to perceive it, without the ability to degrade without measuring our descent.”
The late David Bittle, secretary-general of the Australian division of the Australian Division, and chairman of the Australian Refugee Council, raped a vulnerable young immigrant man and traveled to Asian countries to sexually abuse his children. Bitel has been arrested and commits to endure trials to rape six men (one of my clients) from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal, with 21 more sexual assault crimes. Sydney Morning Herald It has been reported:
According to Rojas, they met for about fourth time. Vitel threw an open Manila envelope full of photographs on the desk between them. I remember some people spilling and Rojas cooled down.
“Some photos came out of the envelope. I didn't touch them, I saw some photos on the desks of a few boys, on the desks of young children in the boat and in the bedroom,” Rojas told the media in Fairfax.
He mentioned Thailand, Bangladesh and India. He says he goes frequently (on a trip) and does all this… he was in bed and there were a few boys on the bed.
Rojas said he was shocked and confused. “I was applying to stay in Australia. I was thinking, should I report this and then lose my residence?
Rojas said Bitel locked the door and “If you don't want to pay for the case, you need to do what I say.” Vitel tried to grab him, and Rojas pushed him away and ran away.
Before he was brought to trial, Vitel died of stomach cancer in Sydney in August 2016. Detectives told one of Viter's rape victims from Pakistan, Imran Khan, that Viter estimated there had been over 500 victims.
In 2008, two of Bitel's rape victims filed complaints with the NSW Legal Services Commissioner, which is considering complaints against state lawyers. No action was taken. The legal committee at the time was also chair of Australia's international committee.
When renewing his annual practice certificate in 2013-16 after raping six clients in December 2012 and arrested for 21 sexual assault crimes, Vitel declared that he was the “appropriate and appropriate person” and that the NSW Presidential Association agreed to and signed a certificate that would not allow clients to have an annual practice certificate.
A month after his death, Commemorative toast At an International Bar Association Dinner at the Caucus Room Brasserie in Washington, DC: “David died very sadly after a long battle with cancer…”
In 2004, a local contact in Bitl, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, told a visiting New Zealand lawyer that Vitel asked for sexual abuse in a 10-year-old boy. After returning to Auckland, the lawyer reported this to the police. Viter was subsequently arrested in Dhaka but was released when he contacted the Bangladesh Prime Minister's Office.
On December 4th, 2008, I was visiting Sylhet, Bangladesh. Zakaria Ahmed, a former Sydney chef who currently lives in Germany and visited my hometown area, came to see me. Ahmed said during his trip to Dhaka, Bittel was surrounded by a group of Bangladeshi men and was angry at child sexual abuse during frequent visits.
On March 5, 2025, the White House issued a statement on President Trump. “Children in America are our future, and he will never stop fighting for healthy, productive upbringing and their rights to childhood.”
The International Committee has the opposite view. It sees children as a resource to harvest and sexually exploit them. The late Australian Secretary General Bittel was a leader in his field.
