Talk Talk NeuroDivergent Kids is a new weekly podcast series by author, musician and mother Izzy Judd.
Following the success of the podcast on conception and pregnancy, Izzy Judd has returned to something new about things for parents and care for neurotic children.
Many parents wonder how to help their children grow in a society where they still learn to deal with people with cognitive differences. Both Neurodivergent's children and their parents discover amazing uniqueness, complex challenges and new understandings of nervousness each day.
This new series with Izzy shows how to best support nervous kids. I also feel supported by other people's communities by navigating aspects of parenting that are not often taught.
Listeners feel more lonely and confident in tips for everyday use, stories from friendly parents, and conversations from raising diverse families.
The first two episodes go out with guest Lucinda Miller, a healthcare professional specializing in child nutrition and neuroproducing, and Eliza Flicker, advocate and consultant for pathological demand avoidance autism.
Izzy said: “I wanted to create a space for nervous children to be supported, seen and comforted in a world where parents and caregivers of nervous children can ask questions on a daily basis and feel extremely lonely.
“We hope that by having conversations with our guests every week, we will educate and raise awareness for ourselves and those around us.”
