Podx Group is planning to acquire a majority stake in Lemonada Media, an award-winning, independent podcast network.
Lemonada Media has seen an increase in revenue and audience growth last year, and is one of the top three independent podcast networks based on audience and revenue size. With this acquisition, Podx Group marks its first entry into the US market.

In recent years, Podx Group has compiled a number of podcast studios, including Nouvellesécoutes and Studio Minuit in France, Posta in Aragentina, Oronda Studio in Mexico, Filt, Perfect Day, Suomen Podcastmedia in the Nordics, Goldhawk Productions, Listen and Platform Media, and many more, including Nouvellesécoutes and Studio Minuit in France.

Lemonada Media, known for his hits including Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, failed with David Duchovny, and the confession of Sussex Duchess Meghan and the female founder was founded in 2019 by Jessica Cordova Kramer and Stephanie Wittels Wachs. The network has released over 50 original podcasts so far.
Once the acquisition is over, Podx Group and Lemonada Media will leverage each other's strengths to drive future expansion. Lemonada Media will continue to operate under existing leadership, teams, talent, partners and brands, benefiting from the strategic support of Podx Group and international infrastructure.
