Comedians in their 30s and new single women Amy Glady Hill and Harriet Chemsley are launching single women in your area, the second series on the podcast.
The first series covered topics ranging from navigating the transition from dating apps to actual dates to grasping whether butterflies are a sign of excitement or fear.
They took the Love Language Test and discovered something that made them feel truly grateful – can assembling flat-pack furniture be the ultimate show of love, or does a simple embrace beat it all?
Currently, in Series 2, the duo reflects what they learned from their first season, and what they learned, if any. Did they crack the code by flirting in the digital age? Do they know which dating apps actually work in the end? And perhaps most importantly, are the love spells real?
Amy and Harriet talk to more experts, beat more comedy friends, exchange personal dating calamities, and share the hilarious (and nagging) horror stories of listeners.
There are also tips for finding red flags, navigating speed dating, dealing with divorce, increasing your self-worth, and of course earning an ICK!
Series 2 guests include comedians Stephen Bailey and Ania Magliano.
Harriet Kemsley said: “We've been blown away by the response to the first series and can't wait to go with Series 2. We love chatting with Amy every week and sharing the absolute confusion we're dating in our 30s.”
Amy Gredyhill said: “We haven't found love (boo!), but the series can run and run! (hurray!) we need to learn.
It is a new series of single ladies produced by Plosive, hosted by Acast, and released on Friday, May 9th, and is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major podcast platforms.
