What began as a local initiative has become a global force as new podcasts expand their mission to a larger audience.
The guest lineup includes Lucy Bronze, a star of England and Barcelona, fresh from winning domestic highs in 2025, and the former Lions have become broadcaster Anni Alco Mbe. In the first episode, Molly and Rosie reflect their stories, from the pitch to the launch of a women-led movement.
“The Powhouse podcast is about growing this unstoppable community of women, learning from them, blessing them, and inspiring others wherever they are,” Mollie and Rosie said. “Our responsibility is not only to create strong women in the industry, but to amplify their voices.”
