Café Aficionado by Sir Bradley Wiggins is a brand new cycling podcast produced by Atomized Studios and hosted on the Sport Social Podcast network.
This new series is described as a destination where cycling enthusiasts share the sport's biggest road racing magic, myths and hidden stories.
In a joint partnership between Bradley's friend broadcasters and cycling journalist Graham Wilgos, the podcast goes behind the scenes at iconic events such as Tour de France, Girodo Italy and Vuelta A. Espania.
Throughout the series, Bradley and Graham will be joined by some of the biggest names in cycling, including Geraint Thomas, Chris Froome, Mark Cavendish and Pippa York.
Each episode contains interesting anecdotes, deep dives into the history of cycling, and fresh insights from the riders who shaped the sport.
Episode 24th June will have one and two launches, featuring Geraint Thomas and Cycling journalist Chris Sidwells.
Together, they relive the way Geraint conquered Alpe D'Huez in the Yellow Jersey, paying tribute to Tom Simpson, the uncle of Sidwells, the first British road world champion who died in Mont Bentoteau. New episodes will be released every week starting July 1st.
