Top UK comedians and writers Sara Pascoe and Cariad Lloyd are returning to series two of their hit podcast, Sara & Cariad's Weird Book Club.
Each week, with the help of two comedian and author friends, they'll be discussing a special, inspiring and… weird book.
Guests in the first series included Naomi Klein, David Nichols, Nish Kumar, Ian Rankin, Marian Keith and Yomi Adegoke among others.
Series two begins with comedian and actress Roisin Conaty talking about Katherine Heiny's “Standard Deviations”.
Sara Pascoe said: “Series two is going to be even weirder and more wonderful – we've got smart, funny, talented guests and our bookshelves are full to the brim with 'to read' books. It's bliss.”
Cariad Lloyd added: “For book junkies, you can never get bored of reading, so here we are with series two, which we hope will continue to connect readers with books and be a great listen for everyone, whether you're reading together or not.”
The second series of Sarah & Cariad's Weird Book Club will be available on all major podcast platforms on Thursday 5th September.
