Crowd Network is celebrating its most successful year to date with the continued expansion of Crowd Branded and partnerships secured through its Crowd Sports division.
The company has experienced four consecutive years of more than 80% revenue growth. This comes in a year where the company collaborated with big-name companies such as BrewDog, Greenpeace, Red Bull, and Sage to facilitate content creation strategies to creatively promote their brands.
In 2024, Crowd will work with brands to expand its 360-degree promotional approach and go beyond audio to develop holistic content offers.
An example is Chelsea FC Women's video-first podcast 'We Are Chelsea'. The podcast, launched in March, has garnered more than one million views across Chelsea's digital channels, marking a landmark moment for Crowd's work in women's sport.
In the past 12 months, the company has also launched YouTube channels for two of its most successful podcasts to date: FC Bullard and For the Love of Rugby.
We also continue to build the platform for recently retired rugby star Joe Marler. His Things People Do podcast reached new heights in 2024, doubling its audience and Mahler hosting nine live shows per year.
This comprehensive content approach earned us multiple award nominations and wins in 2024. Our podcast with Greenpeace, Oceans: Life Under Water, won bronze in the climate category at the 2024 British Podcast Awards, while For the Love of Rugby and FC Bullard were nominated for Best Rugby Podcast. Winner of Best Football Podcast at the 2025 Sports Podcast Awards.
Crowd has hosted a number of live shows this year, including the Watts Occurring Show at Salford's Lowry Theater in November and FC Bullard at a Christmas-themed event at the West End's Vaudeville Theatre. and achieved success. The company has more live shows planned for 2025, with For The Love of Rugby starting a UK tour in April.
