The British Podcast Awards officially returned in their ninth year as entries are currently open.
Here, two years later, the 2025 event will move to Indigo at O2 on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
This new venue will provide more space to accommodate the growing podcast community and allow more people to come together to celebrate the UK's thriving podcast scene.
Last year there was an expanded list of categories that include the prestigious listener selection awards, with over 220,000 public votes being issued last year.
This year, the award has evolved to reflect the ever-increasing diversity of podcasting landscapes with the introduction of three new categories.

When the entry is closed on May 15th, more than 200 independent judges will listen to it and watch the entry for the first time. If you are interested in taking part in the review, you can self-present through this link.
The award continues to discount fees for freelancers, charities and small production companies that make up the majority of the sector.
The British Podcast Awards continue to partner with a serious fund of podcasts that provides admission fee support from independent BIPOC, queer and trans audio producers.
