Louise Collins' efforts and passion have brought much-needed attention to the work of PCPs and helped to raise vital funds for their day-to-day work and legal support to the Welsh Government. In her usual unassuming way, she has done all this quietly behind the scenes when other personal commitments and pressures could easily have taken priority.
