The Oxfordshire Courts and Crime Podcast takes listeners behind the scenes of the latest trials, sentences and more taking place in Oxfordshire courts.
Episode 14 continues the murder trial of Neil Comins. Comins, 39, was attacked with a baseball bat at his home in Cope Road, Banbury, on January 3 this year.

His flatmate and school friend, Janaeed Akhtar, was charged with murder and was on trial.
The podcast has already covered the opening moments of the trial, but now it will delve into the neighbors' testimony and the verdict.
In the second half of the podcast we take a closer look at the recent trial of Edward Bressan, who was charged with reckless or dangerous bicycle driving causing serious injury.
At approximately 12.40pm on Sunday 20 November 2022, Mr Bresan was cycling on the towpath alongside the River Thames near Iffley Lock when he collided with 81-year-old pedestrian Polly Freedhoff.
Sadly, she passed away 12 days later.
