As part of an ongoing series of interviews (this is the latest) discussing the findings of the Pfizer Document Analysis (PDA), the UK Column is pleased to welcome back Chris Flowers, MD. FRCR FSBIa retired oncologist and physician who previously served as an associate professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), faculty at the University of South Florida, and a research scientist at the Jonsson Cancer Center at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

As investigations into the document analysis continue, in this interview the UK column discusses the latest findings and groundbreaking implications. Report 89: Pfizer delayed recording vaccine recipient deaths at a critical point in the EUA process. The improper delays in reporting vaccine recipient deaths led the FDA to misstate the vaccine's effectiveness, affecting its EUA grant decision.
What did Pfizer hide? What information did Pfizer hide from the US regulator, the FDA, about its COVID-19 vaccine trials? Why did Pfizer not report a 3.7-fold increase in signs of cardiovascular adverse events? And why were deaths reported later among vaccinated people in clinical trials than among unvaccinated people?
Pfizer did not include these deaths in its Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) data submission to the FDA due to delays in recording the deaths. In recognition of the excellent approach and findings of the Pfizer document analysis researchers, the report89 is now: Peer reviewed International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research. This is the first analysis of the original data conducted by a group independent of the trial sponsors.
Our analysis revealed discrepancies between the subject data presented in the 6-month interim report and publications authored by Pfizer/BioNTech's clinical site managers. Most importantly, we found evidence of a greater than 3.7-fold increase in deaths from cardiovascular events in subjects vaccinated with BNT162b2 (Pfizer/BioNTech) compared to the placebo control group. No indication of this serious adverse event was reported by Pfizer/BioNTech. Potential sources of these data discrepancies have been identified.
