“Ways to Feel More Human” is a new podcast from Susanna Taylor about how to survive in the modern world and get back to doing what we do best as humans.
Susanna is an editor, content creator, stylist, journalist and brand consultant with over 20 years' experience in the beauty and wellness sector. She has been the Beauty and Wellness Editor for Vogue and Glamour, has contributed columns to The Telegraph and Grazia, and launched getthegloss.com in the UK.
Speaking about the new podcast, Susanna said: “The world of wellbeing is booming, yet we're not getting healthier – the statistics that arrive in my inbox every day and the experts I speak to tell me the opposite is actually happening.”
“With obesity, loneliness, anxiety and depression at all-time highs and rising rapidly, it’s clear we have gone off the rails as a human being.
“In a world dominated by technology and AI, Ways to Feel More Human is about getting our bodies and minds back to what they do best. In this podcast, we talk about how we can thrive in this troubled world through creativity, lifestyle, spirituality, self-care and nature.”
“I'll be interviewing leading experts on everything from breathwork to brain health, exercise to mindfulness, nutrition to neuroscience.
