Forbes has launched a new podcast series, 30 & Thriving, inspired by entrepreneurs under the age of 30, aimed at inspiring a new generation of entrepreneurs.
Hosted by Emerald Hospitality co-founder and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree Alberto Zandi, the event will feature conversations with some of the most influential young entrepreneurs of our time.
Success is often portrayed as something nearly unattainable, requiring a combination of bottomless wealth, influential connections, the right experience, and a whole lot of luck. This podcast aims to dispel this myth and reveal the human side of success by exploring the real stories behind its guests.
According to the Sunday Times, Emerald Hospitality Group is one of the UK's fastest growing private companies. After building a successful business with over 300 employees, Zandi realised there was a need for authentic stories showcasing the real-life journey of entrepreneurs.
“We tend to think of successful entrepreneurs as mythical creatures, or as lucky people who took a shortcut to success, but the truth is that we're all human, and the path to success is never a simple, consistent, linear path,” says Zandi.
Each episode of 30 & Thriving features exclusive conversations with members of Forbes 30 Under 30 as they reflect on their journeys through the challenges, triumphs and lessons learned.
Listeners will get insight into entrepreneurship, the struggles behind the scenes, and the key moments that defined the path to success for these young leaders.
Zandi added, “Each of our guests has had to overcome hardships, setbacks and even self-doubt. We can't wait to dig deeper into how each of you overcame those hurdles in your own way and show the public the human side of entrepreneurship.”
“Telling these stories is about educating and inspiring others. There's a good chance that one of our listeners will be the next person to be named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.”
In our first episode, we feature e-commerce entrepreneur and Stockly founder Elliot Javes, who talks about his journey building a $100 million empire from scratch and shares the innovative strategies that have propelled Stockly to become a game-changer in the retail industry.
Future episodes will feature Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees across a range of industries, including tech innovation, sustainable fashion, social justice, media and finance.
30 & Thriving is available on all major podcast platforms, and updates on new episodes and exclusive content can also be found on the podcast's official website.
