Startup media company Pac is launching a podcast hosted by Dylan Byers, the company's founding partner and senior correspondent.
The Grill Room is named as an homage to the Four Seasons New York's fine dining room, where generations of media executives traded deals and gossip, and is produced in partnership with Audacity Podcast.
The series covers what's happening in the media industry, featuring the day's headline-grabbing TV personalities, media moguls, political pundits and industry executives. Past guests include Brian Williams, David Zaslav, Jim VandeHei, Emma Tucker, Don Lemon and many other top executives and talents.
Host Dylan Byers is a veteran media reporter covering entertainment and news media businesses, and joined Pac as a founding partner in September 2021.
Prior to Pac, Dylan worked as a media reporter at NBC News, CNN, and Politico. His personal email newsletter, “In the Room,” reports inside American media, covering the industry's biggest stories and egos.

New episodes of The Grill Room will be released every Tuesday and Friday starting October 29th.
