Her party, while rooted in resistance to the COVID-19 lockdown, now sees itself as the political wing of the freedom movement, and as such, its sphere of activity has expanded to a wide range of issues, from COVID-19 control policies to 15-minute cities, 20-minute districts, 5G base stations, traffic regulations and travel restrictions, vaccine passports, online safety legislation, and central bank digital currencies. Freedom has thus become the party’s unifying theme and rallying point.
