When Life Gives Lemons, the podcast on Mindset and Resilience is back in its seventh season.
Hosted by motivational speaker and physiotherapist Emmalevi, it features interviews with elite athletes who have experienced adversity but have returned stronger on their way to success in the Olympics.
The idea for the show was followed by Emma's own trauma and was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 36 years old. Sitting in a chemotherapy chair, she set her goal to launch a podcast that explores the importance of resilience and mindset.
Episode 1 of the new season features principal dancers from London's Royal Ballet, Stephen McRae.
After winning the Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland, he moved from Australia to the UK at the age of 17, and Stephen began training at the Royal Ballet School in London in 2003.
He has achieved immense success throughout his dance career, but he also faced a set-off when his Achilles tendon snapped on stage, for example, 2,250 people watched.
Stephen learns how to walk, dance again, shares with Emma, and overcomes the difficulties to get to where she is today. His BBC documentary was recently aired on television.
Other guests in the series include:
Motivating speaker and mindset Natasha Gragiano has reached the highest peak in Felicity Ashley of her professional and personal life after overcoming adversity when she broke, overcoming one mother through manifestation, and completing the toughest line in the world right now.
