VanessaLoves.Life, the emotional coaching company led by Vanessa Louise Moore, has launched a new podcast series, “Choose You Choice Bliss.”
Vanessa believes that three evils plague the world: disease, addiction, and violence. Each episode will discuss one of them and how the power of love is always the answer.
Guests talk to Vanessa about taboo and difficult topics that no one wants to talk about. From healing after a broken relationship to overcoming cancer and addiction to finding freedom from abuse.
In the first episode, Vanessa talks about the purpose of the podcast and her own experience learning to love herself.
Vanessa says: “Now is the time to take back our power, reclaim our authentic selves and each other, including the world around us, and live our lives with confidence, purpose, and joy.
“People spend their days searching for bliss, often without realizing that it is within all of us. Bliss to me means living boldly in sweet surrender. It means.”
In the second episode, Vanessa speaks with her ex-husband, Brian, whose marriage fell apart due to his alcoholism.
Over the years, Brian has begun to heal, taking the road to recovery one day at a time. The two reunite and develop a strong and encouraging friendship, allowing them to have honest and open conversations about their pasts.
Episodes 3 and 4 include a conversation with Vanessa's sister, Abby, who was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in December 2020. She learned how to channel illness into healing and now believes it has led her to a better place.
Vanessa says: “I want this podcast to be like a bicycle stabilizer. I want to help people face their problems and learn to love themselves. 'Choose You' 'Choose Blis' , is like a warm hug that reassures you that no matter where you are in your journey, it will get better. you are not alone. “
“Choose You Choice Bliss” is available on major platforms including Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Amazon. The first episode was released on Friday, November 1st, and new episodes were released every other week.
